Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During product launches, holidays, sales, or preorder periods, processing times may be extended.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
